DENSO confirms new and expanded EMS ranges for 2015
DENSO already offers aftermarket customers a wide selection of OE quality EMS parts ranges, including Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensors, Ignition Coils, Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valves, Fuel Pumps and Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensors (EGTS).
Now the company has confirmed it will also be adding introductory ranges of Cam Sensors and Crank Sensors in 2015, providing customers with an even more comprehensive EMS solution. In addition, important range extensions are also planned for its EGTS, MAF Sensor and Fuel Pump ranges in early 2015.
The expansions follow an important year for DENSO’s EMS programme. Last November the company introduced Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensors for the first time, and its new DENSO Engine Management Systems Catalogue 2014/2015 was published in May this year. In August DENSO also announced the addition of two new Fuel Pumps to its range, covering the Toyota Prius and Toyota Land Cruiser.

For example, we introduced the car industry’s first original EGT Sensor, the world’s first, compact, stick type Ignition Coil, and the world’s first plug in type Mass Air Flow Sensor inserted into the air-intake pipe.
“We are therefore delighted to have been able to continually expand the EMS parts ranges we can offer to the aftermarket. Our planned introductions in 2015 will ensure that customers can benefit from even more advanced DENSO technologies for a wide range of key passenger vehicles.”
The DENSO EMS range for aftermarket customers already includes:
- 29 Mass Air Flow Sensor part numbers, covering 161 OE references, 1,009 vehicle applications and 18 million vehicles
- 18 Ignition Coil part numbers, covering 47 OE references, 234 vehicle applications and more than eight million vehicles
- 6 EGR Valve part numbers, covering 51 vehicle applications and more than 2 million vehicles
- 9 Fuel Pump part numbers, covering 230 applications and more than 8.5 million vehicles
- 11 EGTS part numbers, covering 46 OE references, 211 vehicle applications and more than four million vehicles
DENSO’s aftermarket parts feature advanced technologies in order ensure optimum reliability and precision performance in even the most extreme engine conditions. Their compact, lightweight components and design save previously ‘dead’ space, aiding fuel economy wherever possible and enabling easy installation.
DENSO’s entire EGR Valve and EGTS ranges are also unique in the aftermarket, as the only brand to offer genuine OE parts for selected applications; such as Toyota Corolla.
