DENSO introduces 3D product animation videos

As one of the leading innovators in the automotive industry, it was little wonder that DENSO should use the global platform provided by Automechanika Frankfurt in September, to demonstrate its 3D animation videos, which were projected as holograms through a special viewer, but are now available through the DENSO Aftermarket website.

Due to the technical nature of the wide range of products it manufactures, not only for the aftermarket, but also for many of the world’s major vehicle manufacturers, DENSO has always been proactive when it comes to providing technical support and instruction to those with the responsibility of installing replacement components, particularly in the independent service and repair sector.

These new 3D videos are, therefore, in keeping with this shared knowledge ethos and allow viewers the opportunity to see what’s inside these complex components, to understand what is involved and how they function, which subsequently helps those installing a replacement to further grasp the importance of following the correct fitting process.

In all there are 17 individual 3D videos, covering product groups including rotating electrics, ignition, diesel, air conditioning, sensors and wiper blades and in addition to being able to watch them as traditional videos via YouTube, with the appropriate software, they can even be viewed in their 3D splendour.

All these new 3D videos can be found, alongside many other useful resources by clicking here.
