EE Trade shows: regional round-up

DENSO has experienced a recent successful run of trade shows across the EE Region, exhibiting in Slovenia, Romania and Poland, providing another impressive showcase of its OE quality replacement parts and programmes to the aftermarket.

Winning more customers in Warsaw

DENSO enjoyed a very busy three days at this year’s Inter Cars fair, which took place in Warsaw, Poland, from 18th to 20th September.

DENSO’s stand, with free product catalogues, technical posters and leaflets available, also featured product samples and cut-away models, offering aftermarket customers an invaluable opportunity to find out more about DENSO’s offering and receive the latest technical information.

This year’s show attracted 100,000 visitors and almost 250 exhibitors during the event, with a significant amount of attendees making their way over to the DENSO booth. Representatives were on hand to discuss the detailed specifications and advantages of each product within the aftermarket portfolio.

It wasn’t just the technical expertise ‘on tap’ that drew customers’ attention. DENSO also offered visitors the opportunity to participate in some enthralling on-stand touch games – ‘Tap Tap Spark’ and ‘Parts Twister’ - which proved extremely popular among mechanics. The highest scoring customers were awarded some exciting DENSO merchandise and promotional giveaways.

Successful sales in Slovenia

DENSO’s presence at this year’s Adel Fair in Slovenia created a positive impact and the company proved once again its dominance across the aftermarket. It gave a welcome opportunity to showcase the DENSO brand to a wide range of industry players, encompassing auto spare part suppliers and aftermarket specialists - including mechanics among others - to share knowledge and establish new connections.

The one-day show on the 17th October took place at The GR - Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre, which welcomed through its doors 2,000 visitors from Slovenia, as well as Croatia. Those visiting the DENSO stand were given the opportunity to learn about the advantages of DENSO’s TT Spark Plugs and its most up to date, OE quality parts programmes.

Brisk business in Bucharest

As one of Romania’s biggest trade exhibitions, the Autonet Mobility Show (AMS) in Bucharest, Romania was the third and final event in a series of 2015 exhibitions organised by DENSO’s strategic distributor partner, Autonet (a member of ATR group). Held on the 9th and 10th October, more than 8,000 visitors attended during the two days, with over 3,600 registered partners also visiting the fair. The DENSO stand provided customers with the perfect showcase of its OE quality aftermarket ranges, including Spark Plugs, Glow Plugs, Engine Management Systems, Rotating Electrics, Cabin Air Filters, Starters & Alternators and Thermal Systems.

Customers visiting the stand got the opportunity to participate in touch games including ‘Parts Twister’, which has proved one of the popular highlights at a number of trade shows across Europe already this year.
