What’s new in DENSO’s Digital World?
Following customer feedback, DENSO has rethought the website’s design to make it as intuitive and helpful as possible to aftermarket professionals.
Updates in the immediate pipeline for the DENSO Aftermarket Europe website include:
- The e-catalogue will be revamped to make it more user-friendly and more intuitive, thereby making it easier for technicians to find the right parts quickly, even in complex use cases.
- The new website platform incorporates live data, allowing the Where2buy to pull through up-to-the-minute information on DENSO distributors
- Users of the website – whether distributor, workshop or individual – will be able to log in and access exclusive information depending on their profile, such as technical and installation insights.
- Integration will be added with DENSO Europe’s other web services, such as e-learning, webinars or e-commerce. As a result, the site will have much more of an interactive, multimedia feel.
This is on top of a suite of content changes to product and category pages, and a new set of visuals.
“Designing this new website was about much more than aesthetics or bug-fixing,” explained Fatiha Laauich, Pan EU Strategic Marketing Manager. “It was about putting the needs of their customers and partners first. If we can make key services easier to use, make smarter use of data, and even automate certain popular functions, it will allow visitors to get to the information they need much quicker, and ultimately give them a better experience.”
“Experience is what we prioritise throughout all our operations as DENSO Aftermarket Europe. That certainly extends to our website too, and we are now proud to have a modern, interactive website that doesn’t just look better but supports our valued customers much more effectively, too.”

DENSO’s e-learning program goes from strength to strength
Launched during the coronavirus pandemic last year, DENSO’s e-learning platform now has more than 3,500 participants from 22 countries. The platforms offers up to nine module courses (depending on language & country selection) and regularly hosts competitions through the League of True Mechanics.
DENSO is also working on expanding its b2b e-commerce portal which will allow DENSO distributors to easily check stock, prices and order DENSO parts. Already launched in Russia, the b2b platform is being introduced in Europe to make it easier to introduce and order new-to-range parts as well as participate in DENSO distributor sell in activities and promotions.
